Graduated in 2005 with a final grade of 100/100 at “Gabriello Chiabrera” High School of Savona, in February of 2011 he achieved a Master’s Degree at Law Faculty of Genova’s University with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude.
In June 2013 he achieved the Specialist Diploma in Legal Professions.
In the same year, in November, he qualified to practice the legal/forensic profession at Genova’s Court of Appeal.
In July of 2014, after attending Business School of “Il Sole 24 Ore” in Milan the XIX edition of “Master full time in Tax Law”, he achieved its Diploma.
In September 2014 he enrolled in ’Bar Association of Bergamo; he developed in the city a fruitful collaboration with a leading law firm with offices in Bergamo and Brescia, that lasts since July 2015. At that time, he also attends “ShortMaster in Corporate Law” promoted by Altalex Formazione.
He was Classroom Tutor at “Master in Regulatory and Tax Compliance 2015/2016”, in Pescara’s office, of Business School de “Il Sole 24 Ore”; also attending in 2016, at the same Business School, the refreshing course “Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001: from Regulatory Framework to Control Activities”.
In February of 2016, he founds in Pescara the homonymus Tax Law Firm.
Since October 2016 he approaches the Legal and Wine sector and the Wine tasting one. In fact he attended with profit the “Professional Qualification Course for Sommelier” of first and second level (promoted by the Italian Association of Sommelier).
At that same time, he collaborates with GT – Journal of Tax Law
Since May of the same year, he holds the role of Of Counsel, with regard of tax matters, for Catena Dottori Commercialisti Office.; role he currently holds.
In 2017, he obtains the “Specialized Master’s in Wine Law” promoted by Euroconference with UGIVI (Union of Vine and Wine Lawyers).
Always in 2017 he is a promoter and a member of Win&Consulting Network – European Business & Wine Solutions, network among professional firms active in the wine and agri-food sector.
In the autumn of 2017 he was appointed a member of the Office of Compilation of Case Law of the Abruzzo Tax Courts.
Since April 2018 he is the Of Counsel of Associated Law Firm MBBD&Coll (it became, Law Firm BBF); role he currently holds.
Between 2018 and 2019 he attends “Master of Tax Law” of the Formation School Ipsoa Wolters Kluwer.
In February 2019 he organizes a seminar on legal and tax matters at the then Confindustria Chieti Pescara. In June of the same year, together with the Professional Firms that were then part of the Win&Consulting Network – European Business & Wine Solutions, organizes a conference in Pescara on winegrowing matters.
From 2016 to 2020 he collaborated with the event “Telefisco – Convegno de L’esperto risponde”.
In 2022 he organized a webinar about custom matters for Uni Export Manager.
In 2023 he attended the “Intensive Course on Tax Litigation” promoted by Forensic National Association.
The Lawyer Davide Torcello authored articles for the journal “il fisco” and for “IPSOA Quotidiano”; for digital services “Il Sole 24 Ore” “NT+ Diritto” (already “Diritto 24 – Il Sole 24 Ore”); for newsletter of Confindustria Abruzzo Medio Adriatico (already Confindustria Chieti Pescara); for daily newspaper “Il Centro”;
Furthermore he is part of the online Edition Working Group, Area Pubblicistica, of the Abruzzo’s semi-annual journal of jurisprudence and forensic life PQM.
Since 2020 he has also undertaken an additional collaboration with “L’Esperto risponde” of Il Sole 24 Ore.
Since 2023 he’s part of CAT Abruzzo (Association of Tax Lawyers)
The eponymous firm, which he founded, was included in the ranking “Top Law Firms of the year” (an international survey promoted by “Il Sole 24 Ore and conducted by the research company Statista, in collaboration with the weekly publication “Guida al Diritto”) for 6 years in a row, from 2019 to 2024.
Since 29.10.2025 he is Italian Certified Advisor 2025 – 2026 at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UAE, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Since December of 2025 he collaborates with Verona’s publishing group Euroconference.
