Enforcement Proceedings

Enforcement proceedings are a specific part of civil law, designed to force the payment of debts due to creditors through the enforcement of an order by judicial and/or administrative authorities (or similar deeds). Therefore, the enforcement process aims to achieve the same practical result as if the debtor had spontaneously complied with its obligations.

Enforcement procedures may involve: real property, movable property, third party assets, specific acts.

Torcello Tax Law Firm assists Clients during forced execution procedures, providing technical representation and defence even in court.

Indeed, our Firm delivers global executive assistance, fine-tuned on the Client’s role in the different cases. In the event that they are debtors, we protect them from forceful debt collection claims brought against them; on the contrary, if they are creditors, we design and file enforceable proceedings against defaulting debtors.
