INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES THROUGH THE SISTEMIA WEBSITE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 AND 14
OF THE EUROPEAN REGULATION No. 679/2016

Torcello Tax Law Firm (“the Firm”), with registered office in Pescara, Via Orazio, 118/124, represented by Avv. Davide Torcello, pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the European regulation nr. 679/2016 would like to inform you of the following:

  1. PURPOSES The data you provide will be used for the following purposes:
    • – search and selection of personnel for job opportunities within the Group;
    • – statistical analysis and market surveys, subject to anonymisation of your data in compliance with the principle of data minimization;;
    • – o fulfill any obligations required by law, regulations or EU legislation (including privacy legislation).
  2. THE TYPES OF DATA Your personal data consist of the information that you have entered on your CV and concern personal data, contact details and information regarding your professional profile.
    In any case, we invite you to release only the information that is necessary to evaluate your application and above all we ask you not to enter any sensitive data (such as data on health or sexual life or race or even data relating to political beliefs) religious, trade union or philosophical or registration with trade unions or parties).
  3. THE SOURCE OF DATA The information is collected from you via our website in the event that you have made use of the section work with us.
  4. METHODS The data will be processed using IT and telematic tools, however suitable for guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the data.
  5. THE NATURE OF THE ASSIGNMENT The provision of data is optional but necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes. Failure to issue consents will not prejudice the assessment of his employment status by the Torcello Tax Law Firm.
  1. TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES Subject to the communications made in compliance with legal obligations, regulations, and community legislation, your curriculum vitae can be communicated to our Group companies based in Italy who request it for their personnel research and selection activities where it is considered that its professional position may be of interest to them. Outside of these hypotheses, no data will be communicated or disclosed.
  2. CONSERVATIONYour data will be kept for the period strictly necessary for the evaluation of your candidacy with respect to the working positions open to the opinion 2 of 2017 of the Group of European Guarantors.
    The CV will be kept until its evaluation is necessary for example with the candidate’s examination and is of interest. If at the first exam of the cv it is not considered to be of interest, it will be canceled. In the event that you have an interest in the Data Controller to keep the curriculum for a longer period, we ask you to give us a specific consent. In any case, in order to protect the data quality principle that requires us to process updated data, we ask you to repeat the submission of the curriculum at least every two years, if you are interested in our preliminary assessment of recruitment.
  3. THE RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES AND CLAIMS OF CLAIM At any time you can contact the Owner info@studiotorcello.it, to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and the other rights under the art. 12 of the European Regulation. The same rights may be exercised by writing to the owner of the address and preferably indicating the subject “privacy”. You can view the updated list of data processors by requesting it from the email indicated above or from the owner’s office. Moreover, Leipotra will be able to lodge a complaint with the privacy authority, Rome, v.www.garanteprivacy.it.
