Graduated in Law in 2012 from the University of Teramo with a thesis in constitutional law, and registered with the Bar Association since 2018.

Since 2013, he began his legal training at a leading tax law firm under a Professor of Tax Law, where he had the opportunity to work with a range of clients (private individuals, companies, and public entities), assisting them in managing tax issues and related litigation.

In 2015, he obtained a Master’s in Tax Law from the University of Teramo.

He has developed strong expertise in the tax sector, dealing with complex topics such as:

⁠strategic tax planning;
⁠tax dispute management;
⁠analysis of national and international tax regulations.

During his legal training, he also worked alongside other attorneys in the firm, primarily in civil law and family law matters.

As part of his training, he also completed a notarial internship at a leading Notary Office in Pescara, with which he continues to collaborate; there, he further specialized in civil law, inheritance, corporate, and real estate matters.

He also serves as a Mediator for a Mediation Body in Pescara.

In 2024, driven by personal interest, he began attending a university Master’s program in Management and Development of Parks and Protected Areas.
