admitted to <strong>Italian Registry of Registered Auditors<\/strong> at the <strong>Ministry of Economy and Finance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On October 2010 Economic degree from the <strong>Faculty of Economics at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On July 2014, after attending the XIX edition of the <strong>\u201cfull-time Master&#8217;s in Tax Law\u201d<\/strong> at the <strong>Business School of \u201cIl Sole 24 Ore\u201d<\/strong> in Milan, obtaining the related diploma.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, she collaborates with <strong>leading tax law firms in Milan and Rome.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During 2016 she participates at the 14th <strong>part time Master in International Taxation<\/strong> at the <strong>Business School of &#8220;Il Sole 24 ORE&#8221;<\/strong> in Milan, obtaining the relevant diploma.<\/p>\n<p>Since September 2019 she is registered to the <strong>European Register of Tax Advisers Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since October 2022 she is a member of the <strong>Assessment Commission<\/strong> at the <strong>Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome<\/strong> where often speak as a lecturer on relevant tax topics.<\/p>\n<p>Since April 2023 she is registered in the <strong>Register of Business Crisis Managers<\/strong> at the <strong>Ministry of Justice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>She collaborates to the drafting of <strong>in-depth articles<\/strong> in leading <strong>specialized journals<\/strong> on <strong>corporate taxation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>She is a <strong>member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and Statutory Auditor<\/strong> of medium and large-sized companies.<\/p>\n<p>She is highly specialized in <strong>national and international tax consultancy, corporate consultancy, M&amp;A and management
