At that time, he also attends \u201c<\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Short<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Master in Corporate Law<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u201d promoted by <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Altalex Formazione<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">He was <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Classroom Tutor<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"> at \u201c<\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Master in Regulatory and Tax Compliance 2015\/2016<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\">\u201d, in Pescara\u2019s office, of <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Business School de \u201cIl Sole 24 Ore<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\">\u201d; also attending in <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2016<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, at the same Business School, the refreshing course \u201c<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001: from Regulatory Framework to Control Activities\u201d.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">In February of <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">2016<\/span><\/strong><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">,<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"> he founds in Pescara the homonymus <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Tax Law Firm<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Since October <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">2016<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"> he approaches the Legal and Wine sector and the Wine tasting one. In fact he attended with profit the \u201c<\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Professional Qualification Course for Sommelier<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\">\u201d of first and second level (promoted by the <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Italian Association of Sommelier<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\">). <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">At that same time, he collaborates with <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>GT<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> \u2013 <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Journal of Tax Law<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Since May of the same year, he holds the role of <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Of Counsel<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\">, with regard of tax matters, for <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Catena Dottori Commercialisti Office<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\">.; role he currently holds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">In 2017, he obtains the \u201c<\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Specialized Master\u2019s in Wine Law<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\">\u201d promoted by <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Euroconference<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"> with <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">UGIVI<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"> (Union of Vine and Wine Lawyers).<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Always in <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2017<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> he is a promoter and a member of <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Win&amp;Consulting Network \u2013 European Business &amp; Wine Solutions<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, network among professional firms active in the wine and agri-food sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">In the autumn of <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">2017<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"> he was appointed a member of the <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Office of Compilation of Case Law of the Abruzzo Tax Courts.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Since April <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">2018<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"> he is the <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Of Counsel<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"> of <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Associated Law Firm MBBD&amp;Coll<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"> (it became, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Law Firm BBF<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">); role he currently holds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Between <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2018<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> and <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2019<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> he attends \u201c<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Master of Tax Law<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u201d of the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Formation School Ipsoa Wolters Kluwer<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">In February <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2019<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> he organizes a seminar on legal and tax matters at the then Confindustria Chieti Pescara. In June of the same year, together with the Professional Firms that were then part of the Win&amp;Consulting Network \u2013 European Business &amp; Wine Solutions, organizes a <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>conference in Pescara on winegrowing matters.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">From <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">2016<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"> to <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2020<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> he collaborated with the event \u201c<\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Telefisco \u2013 Convegno de L\u2019esperto risponde<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">In <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2022<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> he organized a webinar about custom matters for <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Uni Export Manager.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">In <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2023<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> he attended the \u201c<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Intensive Course on Tax Litigation<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u201d promoted by
